Using Vismo on your phone, site diaries and risk assessments
- Complete a Dynamic Risk AssessmentA dynamic risk assessment is a short form you complete after an initial site inspection and before starting work. In Vismo you fill it in on the project, sign it off and save it as a PDF in the project’s files.
- Vismo on Your PhoneVismo has a phone version built for site work. It’s a web app, so there’s nothing to download from an app store. Open it in your phone’s browser, sign in with your usual account, and add it to your home screen if you like.
- Diaries and Site DiariesVismo has two things with “diary” in the name. Diaries are tables on the Home page that track many projects at once. A project’s Site diary is a daily record you fill in on your phone, saved as a PDF.
