Having Trouble Accessing A Project?

If you’ve received an email inviting you to a project but can’t see it, there are a few things to check:
Look for a banner under Home -> Projects indicating any pending invites. You can also view pending invites from the notifications panel (bell icon) in the top right corner.
2. Check your email
Ensure you’ve signed up for Vismo with the same email address used for the invite. If not, you’ll need to:
Create an account with the email address you were invited with, or
Ask the inviter to resend the invite to the email address you used to sign up.
