Setup Your Organisation

Welcome, pioneer! Setting up your Organisation is the foundation for collaboration on Vismo. If you’re wondering why it matters, take a moment to read What is an Organisation?.

Ready to proceed? Let’s get started!

Step 1: Check whether your team is already on Vismo

When you first sign in, Vismo may show Choose your organisation. If you’ve been invited, choose Accept invite. If your colleagues already use Vismo, you may be able to Join organisation or Request to join - no need to create a new one.

Step 2: Start a new Organisation

If none of those fit, choose Create organisation. You can also click Organisation in the left-hand menu and then Create an Organisation.

Step 3: Enter Your Organisation Name

In the form, provide the name of your Organisation. This is the identity your team collaborates under, so choose wisely!

Step 4: Create Your Organisation

Press Create. Your Organisation is ready.

Step 5: Invite your team

Enter your colleagues’ email addresses and click Invite, or choose Skip For Now and invite them later from People in the Organisation menu.

Congratulations! With your Organisation in place, you and your team are ready to create projects and venture deeper into Vismo’s capabilities. Forward, and onward!
