Collaboration is key to any successful project, and Vismo makes it easy to share your project with team members, planners, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders. Here’s how to do it:


Step 1: Go to your project

Start by navigating to the project you want to share. Head to the "Projects" tab on your dashboard and select the project from the list.


Step 2: Access users

Once you’re in the project, look for the Users option on the left hand menu.


Step 3: Choose who to share with

Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the project with. You can share your project with:


  • Team members: Invite colleagues who are part of your organisation.
  • External collaborators: You can invite clients, subcontractors, or anyone outside your organisation.


Step 4: Set permissions

When you share the project, you’ll be able to assign different permissions:

  • Admin: Users have full control, including managing settings, it's users and deleting the project.
  • Member: Users can manage the project data, files, and invite other members.
  • Viewer: Users can view project details, download data, invite other viewers but cannot make changes.


Step 5: Send the invite

Once you've entered the emails and chosen the appropriate permissions, hit Send Invite. The recipients will receive an email with a link to access the project.


Track sharing activity

You can always review who has access to the project by checking the list of users. From here, you can update permissions or remove access if needed.
