Delete a Project

Although you can keep old projects for historical purposes, sometimes, you might just need to delete it. Deleting a project in Vismo is easy, but keep in mind that this action is permanent - so be sure you really want to remove it before proceeding!

Here’s how to delete a project:

Step 1: Go to your project

Start by navigating to the project you want to delete. Head to the "Projects" tab on your dashboard and select the project from the list. 

 

Step 2: Access project settings

Once you're in the project, look for the Settings option on the left-hand menu. Click on it to open the project’s settings.

 

Step 3: Find the delete option

Scroll down in the settings until you see the Delete Project option at the bottom. It’s important to note that only users with the correct permissions (like the project admin) can delete projects.

 

Step 4: Confirm deletion

When you click on Delete Project, a confirmation window will pop up. Vismo will ask you to confirm your choice because once a project is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you're sure, hit Confirm, and the project will be permanently deleted.
