Monitor Your Organisation’s Usage

Greetings, data navigator! Keeping an eye on your Organisation’s usage ensures you have full command over resources—file storage, project limits, user numbers, and more. Staying informed allows your team to make adjustments when necessary, optimising your journey through Vismo’s geospatial data universe.

If you haven’t yet completed setting up your Organisation, start there by following the Setup Your Organisation guide.

Navigate to the Organisation link in the left-hand menu.

Under the Organisation menu, click Usage. This screen is your command centre for monitoring key metrics and limits.

Here, you’ll see details like total file storage, the maximum number of projects, the total users allowed, and more. It’s a snapshot of your Organisation’s current resource allocation.
