Links

Being the central hub for your project data, Vismo allows you to store links to externally hosted content alongside your project files. This helps centralise all information in one place, so whether it’s a website, a cloud-hosted document, or any other online resource, you can easily manage and access it within your project.

How to create a link

Follow these steps to create and organise links within your project:

Step 1: Go to your project

Navigate to the project where you want to add the link, and open Project Files.

Step 2: Click "New" and select "Link"

Above the file list, click the New button and choose Link.

Step 3: Enter the URL and name

In the Create Link window, enter the URL of the external content and give it a descriptive Name. This name is how the link appears in your project files.

Step 4: Save

Click Create, and your link will appear in Project Files, where it can be managed like any other file.

Organising links

Like files, you can organise links into folders, rename them, move them between folders, or delete them as needed.
