Links

Being the central hub for your project data, Vismo allows you to store links to externally hosted content alongside your project files. This helps centralise all information in one place, so whether it’s a website, a cloud-hosted document, or any other online resource, you can easily manage and access it within your project.

How to create a link

Follow these steps to create and organise links within your project:

Step 1: Go to your project

Navigate to the project where you want to add the link.

Step 2: Click "Add New" and select "Link"

In the "Project Files" section, click the "Add New" button and choose "Link" from the dropdown.

Step 3: Enter the URL and title

A modal will appear. Enter the URL for the external content and give it a descriptive title. This title will be how the link appears in your project files.

Step 4: Save

Click "Save," and your link will now appear in the "Project Files" section, where it can be managed like any other file.

Organising links

Like files, you can organise links into folders, rename them, move them between folders, or delete them as needed.
