Download Files and Folders

Downloading files from Vismo is quick and straightforward. Whether you want to take project documents offline or export them to another system, here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Go to the file

Navigate to the project where the file is stored and locate the file you want to download in the "Project Files" section.

Step 2: Select one or more files

Select the files you want to download. Use Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) or Shift to select multiple files.

Step 3: Click "Download"
From the "Selected" drop down, click the "Download" button. The selected files will start downloading one by one in your browser.

Alternately, next to the file name, click the download icon (downward arrow). This will initiate the download process in your browser.

That's it

Your browser will save the file in your default download folder on your computer (usually your Downloads folder).

Note: Some browsers may ask you to confirm if you want to proceed with multiple downloads, so be sure to allow it.

If you prefer to download multiple files or folders as a single ZIP file, you can use the bulk download feature.

Step 1: Select files or folders
In the "Project Files" section, select the files or folders you want to download. Use Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) or Shift to select multiple files.

Step 2: Click "Download as ZIP"
Click the "Download as ZIP" button at the top of the file list. Progress for the ZIP file creation can be seen in the Uploads & Zips panel.

Note: This feature supports downloading entire folders. However, it is only available in chromium-based browsers, such as Chrome and Edge.
