Just remember, this method applies only if you’ve created your Vismo account with an email and password. If you used Social Sign In or SAML, you’ll need to consult your provider’s documentation for guidance.
Head to the homepage and click "Forgot your password?"—a trusty lifeline when needed.
Next, input the email associated with your Vismo account and select "Reset Password". Be sure to check your entry; precision is crucial.
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Be vigilant—if it doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam folder. As all explorers know, sometimes the message you seek is hiding in the least expected place.
Click the link in the email, which will guide you to the password reset page. Enter your new password twice to confirm it, ensuring it meets our minimum security requirements. A strong password is key to a secure journey.
With your new password in place, hit "Reset Password". You’re all set! Now, use your newly created password to log in and continue your exploration of Vismo’s geospatial data platform.
