Monitor Your Organisation's Usage

Vismo shows how much of your plan your Organisation is using, so you can see when you’re getting close to a limit.

Step 1: Open your Organisation

Click Organisation in the left-hand menu. If you belong to more than one organisation, choose the one you want to check.

Step 2: Open Billing & Usage

In the Organisation menu on the left, select Billing & Usage. The top of the page shows your current plan.

Step 3: Check your usage

Under Organisation Usage you’ll find:

• Projects: how many projects you’ve used out of your limit, split into live and archived projects.
• Organisation Users: how many people are in your organisation out of your limit.
• Storage: how much storage you’ve used, split into your files and the visualisations Vismo makes from them.
• Monitoring Jobs: how many monitoring jobs you’ve used.
• Project Users: the most users each of your projects can have.
• SAML: whether sign-in with SAML is enabled for your organisation.

A limit shown as Unlimited means your plan has no cap for it. The Projects and Storage bars turn red when you’re over the limit.
