Collaborating just got easier in Vismo. You can now add comments directly to your files - whether it’s a plan, drawing, site photo, or model. Keep feedback and discussions exactly where they belong: on the file itself.
Where You Can Comment
- Directly in the file using the Vismo viewer (great for pinning comments to a specific area). This applies to both 2D and 3D files.
- At the file level, if you want to leave a general comment about the file.
- On the project itself
Using Mentions
- @mention teammates, colleagues, clients, or any other user in your project.
- They'll get an instant email notification so nothing gets missed.
- When they respond, you’ll receive a notification back via email to keep the conversation going.
Managing Comments
You can edit or delete your own comments at any time by using the menu next to the comment
